LITTLE MODELS WANTED!!! | Utah Portrait Photographer

So in the previous post, I told you that I will be making an announcement about a project that I will be working on that needed YOUR help.  Well, here it is.

I will be working with a company who is planning on publishing a book next year that incorporates a lot of photography.  More details will be given to models that have been chosen, however, I can say that it will be an AMAZING project to be a part of–and if selected, your children will be featured in a book published and sold next year!  Although the book will be in stores next year, I have to plan and do all of the shoots starting the beginning of April.  Which means I need to find models ASAP!!! So….here is what I’m looking for:

I am looking to find roughly 20-30 kids between the ages of 2-3 years to participate, preferably about 5-8 girls, and the rest boys.

I need photogenic, fun kids who can listen to direction (now I realize 2-3 year olds can be difficult, but I’m looking for kids basically who won’t cry at the photo shoot and basically kids who are not camera shy)!

If you think your child/children are perfect for this, please e-mail me a photo of your kiddo, name, and age ASAP to sanaejames@gmail.com

I am taking submissions throughout this month until I find my 20-30 kids.

PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ON TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS I AM IN NEED OF AWESOME MODELS!!!

This project really will be a lot of fun and totally worth it.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Thanks to all you blog readers who are always looking out!  :)

NXT LEVEL FOOTBALL CAMP 2009

Some pictures from the camp…After spending a good part of the afternoon out on the field taking pictures for two days, I realized I should have slathered on a bit more sun screen cuz this girl got burned….:)

NXT LEVEL FOOTBALL CAMP 2009

I grew up watching football. I am the only girl in my family, and ALL of my brothers played. If you didn’t eat, breathe, and love football, you couldn’t be part of my family. Period. Now that I have a house full of girls, the football watching has gone DOWN quite a bit…much to my husband’s dismay since he LOVES it too. Come football season, we will all be watching the BYU COUGARS…but in the meantime, I had my football fix photographing the NXT LEVEL FOOTBALL CAMP–organized by my bro Chris Warner & Cameron Jensen.

If you don’t know about the NXT LEVEL FOOTBALL CAMP sponsored by APX, you need to go check out their website and plan on having your kids attend next year. It is not your ordinary football camp, but rather a specialized camp that brings in amazing professional and division one football players to help coach your football players to help them get to the “next level.” They run position specific drills and try to teach your kids more than your average camp.

Ryan Denney, John Beck, Bryan Kehl, Fahu Tahi, and Reno Mahe were just a few of the amazing players/staff that helped out this year. You won’t want to miss the pictures from the camp…coming up soon.

Ariri Shop | Spring Line

The Ariri Shop is at it again! You’ve seen Mayako’s amazing crocheted beanies before, and now she has come out with her spring line of crocheted bandana/head bands. Aren’t they adorable? She has also come out with some new beanies with new colors as well so you will definitely need to check out her store ASAP.

A special thank you to all the beautiful little models who came out! Leave it to my kids to wind up crying because of a splinter in their thumb, and fooling around the entire time just to make it extra hard for me to take their pictures. Oh well….

Around the Town…

Bremerton.

My friend’s husband just started his own Physical Therapy practice in Bremerton and they wanted to fill their office walls with pictures that reflected life in Bremerton. These spots have some kind of sentimental meaning to different residents of Bremerton and I think they will really enjoy looking at them. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea. Here are a few spots they chose:

I especially love how this bridge picture turned out. I totally forget the name of the bridge though.
