Aubrey | Utah Wedding Photography

Aubrey & Josh’s wedding is coming up very soon and I can’t wait!  Here’s just a couple of pics featuring Aubrey…you are simply stunning Aubrey.  Can’t wait for you guys’ wedding day!  It will be a blast!

A special thank you to Aubrey’s sisters and mom for coming out and helping during the shoot!:)

Aubrey’s veil has got to be my most favorite of all time.  I LUURVED it–so I had to take a pic of it.:)

Victoria’s Bridals | Utah Wedding Photographer

I am absolutely in love with all the green.  But I hate rain.  Rain and pictures do not mix.  So when we pulled up to our location, it started pouring.  We were contemplating cancelling the shoot, but Victoria had her flowers and everything and we just had to make it work.  So, after a little waiting and chatting in the car, the rain subsided long enough for us to get out and get some shots out.  And I’m in LOVE with the shots!  Love Love Love all the green and Victoria’s beautifulness (is that even a word?).  The rain came back with a vengeance when we were out in the field, so I literally only took a few shots and then we had to run back to the car. I was a little bummed that we couldn’t spend more time up there, but when we went down to the reservoir the rain had cleared and it was simply beautiful!  Thank goodness for the weather clearing up just in time to get some shots!:)  I couldn’t really narrow down the pictures since there were so many that I thought was HOT…so here’s a few for Victoria!  Isn’t she such a beautiful bride?!?

The picture to the right is one of my favs.:)

Joanna | Utah Wedding Photographer-Bridals

Joanna is the younger sister of my good friend from back in the BYU days…(S-Hall, 3rd Floor!)  Had to give a little shout out to my girl Kelly!  Anyhoo…I couldn’t get over how stunningly beautiful Joanna is!  I mean…this girl has the perfect silky skin, she’s TINY (totally jealous about that), and she has gorgeous red hair.  She’s studying photography at UVU, so she is usually working it behind the camera…but this time, she WORKED IT in front of the lens.  Can’t even begin to tell you how great it was to work with someone who was willing to try anything.  The only problem was, my camera was acting up on and off throughout the shoot, and I must admit, I was totally getting flustered inside.  Because of my camera issues, I ended up taking multiple pictures of the same pose just to make sure I got them…and by multiple I mean like a gazillion.  This ended up making our shoot a lot longer than I had expected.  We shot for three hours!  This also meant that we were working with pretty harsh sun an hour into the shoot.  That was another issue in an of itself.  All in all, I think we got some gorgeous shots of Joanna.  I can’t wait for her vintage inspired wedding!  She’s using peacock feathers!:)  LUUUUURVE it.

A BIG THANKS To Joanna’s mom who worked harder than us both.  She was running back and forth getting the diffuser, reflector, chair, fixing dresses, flowers, the list goes on and on.  She even fixed the bouquet after I had totally stepped on it.  SORRY!!!!  Hope you like the sneak peek.  You’ll be going through a gazillion pictures soon!  haha…

Gorgeous Bride | Utah Wedding Photographer

I’ve been really lucky.  All of my brides have been ridiculously gorgeous.  Ashley was no different.  Beautiful porcelain skin, with these amazing goldish eyes.  BEAUTIFUL!  I had the chance to hang out and photograph Ashley and TJ’s wedding…Still working on getting them ready to post.  I was really excited about this image so I had to post it before I went to bed.  I just love the mood of the image.  Ashley had this perfect vintage looking dress that matched so well with her dark hair.  My daughter thought she looked just like Snow White.  I’ll post more tomorrow.  :)  Good night!

Aubrie’s Bridals Part II | Utah Wedding Photography

Since this post is pretty LONG, I’ll keep this short.

1. Part II of photo shoot since we were stormed out of the Salt Flats. This post will feature shots I missed from the Capitol Building on the last post, and the beautiful lavender fields in Mona.

2. Lots of Drama on the shoot. Literally. To keep it simple and short, I ran out of gas. Got stranded in Nephi, UT–had to call Aubrie and her mom to come and bail me out because not only did I get stranded with no gas, but I forgot my WALLET to buy gas! TOTALLY EMBARASSING! Thank you Hollie for not forgetting your wallet! ha..ha..

3. Got to the lavendar fields barely in time for about a 30 min. session before the sun went down.

4. Aubrie got stung by a bee.

5. Came away with some killer shots if I do say so myself! Check HER out!!!

Here are a few from our session from the capitol that I missed:

Here are the pics from the Lavendar Fields….
